
Toronto-born singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Charlotte Day Wilson (CDW) has announced her upcoming 2024 tour and the release of her sophomore album Cyan Blue, due out May 3 via Stone Woman Music / XL Recordings. Cyan Blue‘s lead single is the wintry “I Don’t Love You“. An accompanying video directed by Dani Aphrodite was also reelased today. Of the single CDW says: “The song is meant to remind us that losing love and leaving can be just as inspiring as finding it.”
Cyan Blue is an amalgamation of gospel, soul, R+B and EDM and was produced by Leon Thomas (SZA, Ariana Grande, Post Malone) and Jack Rochon (H.E.R., Daniel Caesar). CDW emerged on the music scene in 2016 with her critically acclaimed EP’s CDW and 2018’s Stone Woman. In the last ten years her music has been sampled by the likes of Drake, John Mayer and James Blake.
