CCM singer-songwriter Rhett Walker has just launched a spring tour in support of his recently released EP Young Love. Opening night of the tour was last night in Hartselle, AL. He’s in Scottsboro, AL tonight. His show tomorrow night in Deatsville, AL is sold out. Walker’s opener for the tour is Mikey Howard, vocalist of 7Eventh Time Down.

Walker was Grammy nominated for his 2012 debut single “When Mercy Found Me.” His 2019 single “Believer” charted at #7 and 2021’s “Gospel Song” charted at #2. Walker has not released a full-length album since 2020’s Good To Me.

This year’s EP Young Love is anchored by lead single “Man on the Middle Cross.” While he has not released a studio album since 2010, he has released many one-off singles and the 2021 EP Gospel Song in the meantime. Walker, who is a preacher’s son from Aiken, SC has made Nashville his home for over a decade.
