Faith-based singer-songwriter and all around great dude Josh Garrels has released a new single today. “Watchman” is his first release since last year’s “All in All.” Garrels, who hails from South Bend, IN and currently resides in Muncie, IN is ridiculously prolific and has done so without a major record label.

In a 22 year career, Garrels has released 15 albums to date and remains steadfast in his goal to share his love of Christ with others while also pondering bigger questions even secular thinkers wrestle with daily. In a discography chock full of memorable songs, albums that stand out include 2019’s Chrysaline, 2015’s Home and 2011’s Love + The War + The Sea in Between. Garrels made his debut in 2002 with Stone Tree. The earliest of his releases still available to stream is 2006’s Over Oceans.

There is no word yet if “Watchman” is tied to an upcoming release but given his penchant for releasing new music so consistently one has to think something might be in the works. His last studio album was 2020’s Peace To All Who Enter Here.
