Big Machine Records has announced a Tom Petty tribute album will be released on June 21. Entitled Petty Country: A Country Celebration of Tom Petty, the LP will include more than twenty of country music’s biggest stars honoring Petty’s life and legacy by covering some of his most iconic songs. Contributors include the likes of: Chris Stapleton, Thomas Rhett, Luke Combs, Justin Moore, Dierks Bentley, Lady A, Brothers Osborne, Lainey Wilson, Carly Pearce, Midland, George Strait and more. The lead single for the project is Dolly Parton‘s version of “Southern Accents.”
