Louisiana-based singer-songwriter Marc Broussard has announced an extensive second leg of his Carencro 20th anniversary concert tour.
The tour begins this Friday in Jean Lafitte, LA and concludes Dec. 7 in Austin, TX.

Released in 2004 Carencro was Broussard’s major label debut and named in honor of Broussard’s hometown of Carencro, LA. The album spawned the near-perfect single, “Home”, which received airplay during the initial album release, and also after Hurricane Katrina.

Since that album, Broussard has released albums via Vanguard Records and Atlantic Records. Since 2015 he has been an independent artist and continues to attract massive crowds. Blessed with a deeply soulful voice and a humanitarian’s spirit, Broussard is a refreshing voice and one that needs to be heard to be understood. If he’s playing near you, go see him. You’ll be glad you did.
