Five time GRAMMY winning singer-songwriter Brittany Howard and Mercury Prize winning singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka have announced a 2024 fall co-headlining tour. Both singers will be supported by Yasmin Williams to open the show. Tickets for this in-demand concert pairing go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time. The tour kicks off Sept. 29 in Philadelphia and concludes Oct. 19 in Paso Robles, CA. There are 14 shows in total. As an added bonus, $1 per ticket will be donated to the Ally Coalition. The nonprofit provides housing and mental health resources for people of color, single mothers and unhoused LGBTQ youth.

Howard is currently admist one of her busiest years to date. She’s currently finishing her spring headline tour, which runs through April 28, and is then slated to appear at Bonnaroo, while also joining Hozier on select dates across the UK and Ireland, including performances
at famed festivals like Glastonbury, North Sea Jazz Fest and the revered Montreux Jazz Festival. Howard released her sophomore solo album What Now earlier this year and has received acclaim for the work from the likes of the New York Times, NPR, Pitchfork, TIME and more.

British-based singer-songwriter Kiwanuka is a Mercury Prize and BRIT Award winning, GRAMMY nominated powerhouse. All three of his albums have been certified Gold with his most recent release being 2020’s Kiwanuka produced by Danger Mouse and British producer Inflo. Compared to the likes of Bill Withers and Steie Wonder, Kiwanuka stays busy these days with the SAULT Collective and plans to announce news about new material later this year.
