California alt-rock band Sons of Silver have announced a tour with Dogstar beginning next week. The tour kicks off in La Vista, NE and concludes in late September in Maricopa, AZ. The quartet returns to the road in January with a two month long tour with Myles Kennedy and Tim Montana.

The band is touring behind their new single “Running Out of Words.” The song comes on the heels of the June release of “Giving It Back,” the April release of “Just Getting Started” and the February release of “Tell Me This. The band’s forthcoming album Runaway Emotions is due out soon (fingers crossed).

Formed in 2019, Sons of Silver features lead vocalist Pete RG (nee Pete Argyropolous), drummer Dave Krusen (formerly of Pearl Jam), Kevin Haaland (former member of Skillet) on lead guitar, Brina Kabler on keys and Adam Kury (formerly of Candlebox) on bass. Original drummer Marc Slutsky (formerly of Splender et al) left the band shortly after formation. Since their 2019 inception the band has released the 2022 EP Ordinary Sex Appeal and the 2020 EP Doomsday Noises.
