South Carolina-based singer-songwriter Marcus King has announced a winter acoustic duo tour featuring accompanist Drew Smithers. In announcing the tourdates King said the following: “After thinking more about the two wonderful shows at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, we decided why keep it tone night only?”
A pre-sale for tickets and VIP packages starts tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time, using the code: MK2024. All tickets and VIP packages go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
In addition to the tourdates, King has two new announcements. Two songs from those Bluebird Cafe performances will be released via streaming platforms this Friday. The two songs will be “H.E.R.O” and
“8 a.m.”
The final announcement is that King is selling merchandise to raise funds for Hurricane Helene relief in North and South Carolina.
