New York-based singer/songwriter/producer Jon Bellion has announced a pop-up show at Forest Hills Stadium. Bellion’s latest album, his first without major label backing, Father Figure, drops today. The album, his first in seven years, focuses heavily on his responsibilities as parent and husband and features guest vocals from the likes of: Pharrell Williams, Luke Combs and Jon Batiste. Prior to today’s release, Bellion has released four songs from the new album and each have been a career defining moment in each and every way. While this was an album that was on the periphery of my interest level, it has now shot up to must-listen status. And more than likely a review is forthcoming.
