The CMA Award nominees/finalists were announced earlier this week. The awards show airs Nov. 20 at 8 a.m. on ABC. We’ve bolded who we want to win and italicized and starred who we think will win. I have to be honest though it felt really criminal excluding Cody Johnson from any of the awards. He’s a tremendous talent, a stand-up human and has been at it for more than two decades. At the end of the day, Luke Combs and Lainey Wilson won out for me though. Here’s to seeing what I got wrong and what I got right.
