Vermont based singer-songwriter Reed Foehl begins a summer tour tonight in Galway, NY. The 11-date tour concludes Aug. 2 in Francestown, NH.

Foehl, who was born into a musical family in a small town in New England, is a Grammy-nominated songwriter, who documents the yin and yang of the human condition. Always possessing a distinct homage to tradition and those that came before, Foehl’s songs are poetic, cinematic and deeply felt. In sum, it is Americana and folk music at his best.

Foehl is touring behind his sixth studio album Wild Wild Love, released in May 2022. The album was recorded with Texas heavyweights The Band of Heathens in their Austin studio.

As for that Grammy nominated song? The song was “Fly” a co-write with Brent Cobb, which was recorded by country music legend Lee Ann Womack for her 2014 album The Way I’m Livin‘ (which is utterly fantastic, for what it’s worth).

Now based in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Foehl, who is now in his third decade of releasing music, continues to tour across the globe. For those in and around New England, make a plan to try and see one of these 11 dates (or more). And for those fortunate few thousand in or around Williamstown, how can you pass up a free show?

Bottom line, give Reed Foehl your evening, and let him change your life in the process.
