If you’re an adult emo like me, you probably have at least one Copeland song that tugs at the heartstrings. As for me, pretty much their whole discography does. Those jonesing for some Copeland might want to take a gander at their fall Intimate Evening with Copeland tour. Chicago-based singer-songwriter Jenny Dee opens each night.
Copeland hasn’t released new music since 2019’s Blushing. Their last album was the gorgeous compilation album Revolving Doors, released in 2022. Lead guitarist Bryan Laurenson is in the throes of working on a new album and launching a new record label.
The Intimate Evening tour starts tonight in lovely Chattanooga, but few tickets remain. A few tour dates are also sold out, so check the venue website before buying tickets.
